Booking all three cottages at Swainsey Farm will provide you with a lovely, romantic location for a family gathering, birthday or group event.

Together the three cottages offer 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 people with 2 additional Z-beds (suitable for children) and 3 cots.

There’s space to socialise but also flexibility for those choosing to be independent.
The Coach House (3 bedrooms) has a large, spacious lounge while the Haybarn (2 bedrooms) can dine up to 12 people.

The Old Byre (1 bedroom) provides a peaceful bolt-hole for grandparents and anyone wanting a little privacy.

The cottages are grouped around a courtyard with spectacular views overlooking the Manifold Valley.

(a) A 33% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday.
(b). Guests are requested to vacate cottages by 10 am on the day of departure – if you are leaving on Sunday but wish to stay beyond 10 am please book a 3 night stay (there is not a great difference in price between a 2 and 3 night stay).
